Position Accountabilities:

  • P&L Management of the Compliance & Quality US Tech Business, as well as potentially other Technology Offering Areas
  • Planning & Forecasting
  • Profitability Analysis
  • Monthly Closing Activities, including Balance Sheet Accountability
  • Sales Support (SOWs, Pricing/Margin Analysis & Approvals)
  • Commissions
  • Reporting
  • FTE & Other OPEX Controlling
  • Member of C&Q Leadership Team
  • Lead Software Investment Business Case Development
  • M&A integration & support
  • Supervise and develop 1-2 Direct Reports
  • Various ad-hoc projects and requests

Position Requirements:

  • Advanced grasp of the healthcare, software, and consulting industries
  • Strong grasp of monthly closing process, budgeting & forecasting requirements of a publicly traded company
  • Possesses senior level business acumen with the ability to present and interact with C-Suite executives when required.
  • Sound understanding of software revenue recognition rules
  • Experience with multiple financial systems (Hyperion, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with complex financial modeling
  • Experience working in a multi-national, matrix organization
  • Can drive results through people and lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business situations
  • Ability to partner with commercial & operational business leaders
