The Associate Director will lead IQVIA’s efforts to develop and execute product and customer campaigns that represent the value that the broader company delivers. The successful candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, strong visual and verbal communication skills, substantial healthcare marketing experience, and a passion for creativity and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated marketing strategies, and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeted to maximize results
  • Interpret and find new customer insights, create product/audience specific messaging, curate relevant content, and measure campaigns that leverage relevant content from across the business
  • Ensure that thought leadership reflects competitive differentiation and longer term objectives for IQVIA
  • Lead development value prop and messaging for different offerings within the business
  • Apply a metrics-based approach for marketing planning, execution and reporting that supports overall business objectives
  • Work with external agencies to lead deployment of marketing materials
  • Align and collaborate across the organization, both globally and in the regions
  • Serve as part of the organizing team for our client conferences

Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus 6+ years of healthcare marketing or consulting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging cross functional teams Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability work cross-functionally. Must manage up and across effectively.
  • Ability to tell stories in visuals
  • Ability to work with people remotely and across geographies

Requirements:

  • Occasional travel, domestic and international
  • NYC based
