The Global Aggregate Spend Reporting Team within Project Leadership is seeking an Aggregate Spend Reporting Head/Associate Director to join the team.  This is an office-based role in QRTP.
 
The Global Aggregate Spend Reporting Team (GASRT) serves as the main point-of-contact for customers regarding their global payment transparency reporting needs.  This includes the production of reports, management of the reporting systems, audit requests and internal staff communications and training. The Aggregate Spend Reporting Team also ensures compliance with all global aggregate spend regulations.
 
The Global Aggregate Spend Reporting Team resides within Project Leadership’s Client and Business Operations. The Project Leadership Client and Business Operations Team focuses on driving strong business and financial performance across the Project Leadership portfolio and manages compliance to regulatory requirements such as Aggregate Spend and other industry regulations.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage a flexible and scalable reporting program that meet the requirements of global payment transparency reporting laws and industry guidelines.  This includes the management of resources, systems and processes.
  • Serve as project lead to implement automated solution for source data collection process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communications and escalations for all external customers.
  • Develop quarterly compliance and metrics reports as requested by management.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all payment transparency reporting questions and presentations.
  • Support the contracts and legal team with review of language relating to Global Payment Transparency Reporting to drive consistency and confirm the ability to report.
  • Design and implement a training and communication plan to create awareness of the Global Payment Transparency Reporting program.
  • Partner with Corporate Compliance and Legal on all regulatory issues, questions and concerns that are raised in the course of business.
  • Serve as main point of contact for all external and internal audits and program reviews. Identify any support staff to attend to talk through specific processes.
  • Support, represent and lead activities as directed by the Head of Business Performance, including special projects, task forces and others as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Finance, Statistics, or Business Administration and 8 years’ experience in CRO/Pharma including 5 years’ line management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
