The Team

Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support the strategic operations, the coordination of healthcare offerings, and the Global Provider Real World Network team infrastructure.  The ideal candidate will have the acumen to manage multiple stakeholders, geographies, offerings, and help assemble the summary business performance metrics across the portfolio. 

The candidate will manage internal collaborations, shared collateral and content from various stakeholders, and will partcipate on major infrastructure projects including common sales tools, client management tools, shared content repositories and other internal collaboration environments.  He/she will also participate in the updated strategy process, the associated workstream creation and management of deliverables, serving in both a Project Management and domain expert role.  He/she will also be exposed to client and project centric work as we deliver new models of provider and disease driven insights.

He/she must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to liaise and collaborate with Global Business Units (GBUs) and Regional Business Units (RBUs) as well as business partners in HR, Finance, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Legal, IT, etc.

  • Established experience in planning and managing fast paced, multiple, and projects in a healthcare delivery environment
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Project management and organization skills - established skills and ability in planning and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact, influence and present to senior levels in the organization, including good command of English
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Provider business and BioPharma specialty care industry a bonus
  • Must have a quick but thorough grasp of the salient issues and details of each initiative to be able to make evaluations and recommendations
  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Unimpeachable integrity - trustworthy

Qualifications

In addition to the skills and experience above, candidates interested in joining as an Associate Consultant will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, etc) desired.  3-5+ years of experience working in BioPharma or healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, levels and departments toward shared objectives.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Minimal travel, estimated <25%.
