As a member of international project teams, you will be involved in challenging consulting projects from day one covering all relevant commercial areas of our life sciences clients. As an Associate or Associate Consultant, you will immedi-ately assume responsibilities and work on impactful tasks across a variety of projects, including identification and structuring of client issues, situation analysis and research, client interviews, development of strategic options and complex valuation models and development of client presentations. In parallel, your development will be supported by a professional coaching and mentoring scheme as well as a tailored training program including soft-skill courses, data analysis trainings and assignments abroad.

What we expect:

  • Exceptional Masters degree or PhD in Business Administration or Sciences
  • Experience in Life Science industry or consultancy (internship or initial work ex-perience)
  • Distinctive understanding of economic and business relations
  • Exceptional analytical, strategy development and problem solving skills
  • Independent, engaged and disciplined working philosophy
  • Strong team player qualities allowing you to interact confidently in project teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • While fluent English is mandatory, German is beneficial
