Associate Product Director - Plymouth Meeting, US

Real-World & Analytics Solutions RWAS Technology

Champion the E360™ software suite, providing a pivotal US engagement point between IQVIA US sales team need, client need and software development to drive internal & external client satisfaction and scale software adoption. The successful candidate needs to articulate the E360™ value proposition. The role requires self-motivation and a communicative spirit to organize representation of E360™ at user groups, present at conferences, represent the product in online communities, interact with experts, demonstrate the product at peer and client events and other activities that aim to educate customers about the technical benefits of the product, complementing rather than echoing sales & marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the E360™ software suite
    • Demonstrate the product at conferences, online communities and peer & client event
    • Educate customers & internal users about the benefits of the product
    • Work with GTM lead to develop & evolve the GTM strategy and drive implementation
    • Match software suite capabilities to sales opportunities & promote their use
    • Support the sales process e.g., contribution to the proposal process, provision of in depth client demos & provision of full visibility of existing and future software capabilities
    • Drive internal software adoption, identifying new potential users within the organization & working with the training team to enable existing users 
    • Assist Marketing in the creation of product technical brochures & advertising
    • Engage external stakeholders (e.g., academic groups, IQVIA Institute) to build and publish thought leadership
    • Enhance E360™ visibility to senior management through succinct reporting
    • Develop view of future US market demands and shape development accordingly
  • Run client projects
    • Provide proactive project management & strong content leadership (e.g., helping clients with new software use case identification)
    • Develop project plans and track progress
    • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
    • Champion resource requirements and ensure appropriate allocation
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Provide feedback to developer team on feature requests and work with team to understand the feasibility

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivery
  • Ability to demonstrate software to audiences of mixed tech competence
  • Ability to thrive in constant stream of verbal and written communications
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests
  • Heavily experienced in product management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Degree educated in a relevant subject

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate to both senior management and junior staff
  • Understanding of the US healthcare system, medical research & the pharmaceutical industry
  • Health Economics experience

The team

The RWAS Remote Study team's mission it to deliver world class and globally scalable studies:

  • Simple studies, executed as rapid queries, to assess study feasibility and availability of data
  • Medium complex studies, characterizing the composition of a population: Their demographic structure, the distribution of their comorbidities, the duration between diagnosis and intervention, etc.
  • Complex studies, estimating the association between clinical interventions and their outcomes – benefits and adverse events.
  • Predictive models for determination of populations (phenotypes) or outcomes (patient-level predictions).

This requires global leadership across technical and data architecture, data manipulation, analytics script and report generation, software development and data visualization. The solutions are delivered to a variety of clients across life-science, government, payer or provider organizations. The team also curates the largest collection de-identified Real-World Data in the world in OMOP Common Data Model, from different patient care settings in 18 countries worldwide, making it the forefront of “Big Data” in healthcare.
