Job Description


  • Handle personnel issues, conflict management, define goals that increase knowledge and skills of staff.
  • Constantly analyze the training needs of the sales organization and design customized training programs with an objective to create a best in class sales team.
  • Plan, curate & deliver the training content focused towards selling skills Ex: SPIN & Challenger model, Negotiation skills, Consultative selling skills, etc..
  • Collaborate with Global teams to bring in best practices and host knowledge sharing sessions to upgrade sales representative knowledge.
  • Participate in the selection and on-boarding process for new staff by conducting candidate review and participating in the interview process.
  • May contribute to discussions on departmental strategy implementation objectives, as appropriate.
  • Ensure staff have a consistent understanding and positive impression of business strategy for global objectives
  • Ensure staff have the appropriate materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities
  • Provide advice, support and guidance as needed and serve as a mentor to colleagues
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
