Overseesand manages theoperational aspects of ongoing projects and programs.  Will ensure that allproject work is completedin accordancewith SOPs, policies and practices. Support reporting of KPI/SLAs and process automation.
  • Create, track andreport on project timelines and KPIs
  • Produceand distribute status,tracking and financialreports forinternal and external team members and senior management.
  • Coordinatewith other project resources withinand outside the organization as required to generate and report KPIs/SLAs
  • Responsibility for financial reportingon the projectincluding trackingdeliverables and invoicing
  • Monitor and manage efforts of cross-functional project teams.
  • Meet with team members on a regular basis regardingproject tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support resource allocation, forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
  • Developandmaintain internal databases andproject plans.
  • Maintain project management informationand tracking systems
  • Produceand distribute reports and presentation materials.
  • Assist insupporting staff development.

  • Implement continuous improvement activities for assignedprojects
  • Partner withother Project Managersto develop and implement process improvements
  • Prepare and present project information at internal and externalmeetings.
  • Ensure thatwork is conductedin compliance with standardprocesses, policies and procedures and meets projecttimeline metrics. Track compliance at individual and project level.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education,training and experience
