Lead IQVIA’s external financial reporting requirements (10-K, 10-Q, and related processes). Advise senior management on various financial reporting matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage production of quarterly and annual financial statement, footnote disclosures and SEC filings for timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Identify and stay current on SEC requirements and trends and advise senior management as needed
  • Work closely with external auditors, investor relations and other finance functions
  • Review quarterly earnings materials
  • Support monthly reporting and month-end close
  • Support technical accounting research as needed
  • Participate in other projects as required

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • CPA
  • Big 4 experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
