Career Opportunity – Application Support Analyst

We’re searching for an Application Support Analyst to join the team. The Analyst will play a key IT Operation support role on the Specialty Pharma project team, responding and managing suppliers. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical; a natural problem-solver with the patience and interpersonal savvy to succeed in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You’re flexible and adaptable, able to provide on-call support during off-hours, and support users requests.


  • Develop expertise in the application, including setup and onboarding of suppliers, manufacturers and products
  • Production support of existing Data Feed Management system functionality
  • Identifying gaps and working with technical team in developing functional specs
  • Testing and evaluation of Data Feed Management system functionality
  • Business process analysis and documentation
  • Interaction with users from various functional areas (Data Analysts, IT Support, Suppliers, Clients, Finance, etc.)
  • Managing support requests
  • Interaction with technical resources to define technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist in development and execution of supplier migrations.
  • Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end-state deliverable


  • A post-graduate degree
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of industry and academic experience
  • Ability to work within one or more project teams and manage multiple projects at various stages of development
  • Prone to take initiative and demonstrate self-direction
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present work and explain findings to senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Assets:

  • Knowledge of re-identification science, statistical disclosure control, or privacy laws
  • Consulting experience
  • Course work or training in risk-based problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience working with health, financial, or marketing data


Occasional travel may be required.
