Job Description

Data Governance and Stewardship Analyst
Provides data stewardship support for one or more client engagements.  Collaborates with team members to support the delivery of stewardship projects. Supports the capture of and consolidation of metrics and reports to monitor progress. Supports the development of SOP’s and Work Instructions for stewardship engagements.


Responsibilities:
•    Under the supervisor of the Engagement Manager, the Data Governance and Stewardship Analyst provides data stewardship support for one or more data stewardship engagements
•    Mentors and leads other junior data stewards by overseeing and allocating the work of the stewardship team
•    Builds, establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients and serves as their day-to-day contact.  
•    Researches, analyzes and responds to client data inquiries that may be moderately difficult or complex and non-routine.   
•    Ensures, through review and verification, that the product deliverable meets the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality
•    Ensures ongoing client satisfaction through fulfillment of contracted SLA’s and timely follow-up


Role Requirements:
•    Undergraduate degree
•    Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of related work experience 
•    Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical commercial sales operations and related capabilities (MDM, CRM, etc.)
•    Knowledge of IQVIA One Key/HCRS data, or related commercial products 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Visio
•    Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
•    Ability to proactively identify client need and translate into a solution 
•    Demonstrated expert customer service skills
•    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
•    Consulting or client engagement experience is preferred
•    Must be able to work at a client site 3-5 days per week depending on the engagement type and location, with overnight travel
