Position Summary


Core to the initiative is the development of a distributed technology platform that will enable the collection of data, and reporting platforms to enable insights to be obtained from this unique data set. The technology team is responsible for integrating the platform, deploying to regional data centres, rollout to health care providers, and supporting the in life solution.


We are now looking for a Technology Project Analyst who will join the technology PMO team, and will have a key role in ensuring efficient management & governance of the programme. The role will include planning, programme and project management, financial reporting and budgeting, knowledge management & coordination with country implementation teams.


This role is ideal for a candidate with a business / consulting background, and solid appreciation of application development and deployment. It provides an exceptional opportunity to have visibility on all aspects of this major strategic initiative for IQVIA and operate as part of a unique multi-party collaborative structure.


Principal Accountabilities


Effectively deliver change management related activities for CODE’s Technology workstreams. Provide input into the intellectual agenda and ensure the quality of outputs.


Ensure appropriate governance processes are established and adopted; creation of appropriate planning for central and country deployments; develop knowledge sharing framework resources and cultivate an environment of continuous improvement within the development, deployment and operations workstreams.


Project responsibilities will vary and there will be ample opportunity for ownership of key deliverables and developing new areas of the programme as the initiative grows.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications


  • Proven experience within consulting, change or programme management in a technology context
  • Experience and understanding of the software development and deployment process
  • Understanding of database technology & personal data governance & security
  • Previous coding / development / database experience (advantage)
  • Experience of multi-national change initiatives (advantage)
  • Organisational change methodical skills set (organisational analysis and design, financial modelling, programme planning and steering, secondary research)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data processing (advantage)
  • Experience working in a controlled data environment such as healthcare / finance etc.
  • Expert level MS-Excel MS-Project MS-PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English with very well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups in a complex organisation
  • Structured approach to problem-solving
  • Enjoys the exciting and constantly evolving corporate start-up environment
  • Demonstrates the capability to juggle priorities in a deadline-driven environment
