PURPOSE

Perform diverse and complex administrative duties with broad business responsibilities necessitating high level contact and exposure to highly confidential information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy and discretion.

Duties and responsibilities are complex in nature, broad in scope and require considerable judgment and initiative in resolving unique problems and making recommendations. Professionally represents the manager and/or department assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skype meetings organization and recording for monthly team meetings

• Client meetings

• Planning and coordination of internal meetings

• Reserve conference rooms

• Order catering for visiting employees.

Daily review of studies in QRPM to ensure compliance:

• Run Spotfire report and conduct weekly or bi-weekly review with LM's

• Synchronize reports from different sources for managers' review

• Assign resources, follow up with request requirements

• Provide reports to TMA's for accuracy with assignments

• FTE's, Stop Dates and work with CPM for updates/change orders

• Review QIP and protocols as needed

• Follow-up on IIM and ONC Project Trackers to keep them updated

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook, and Internet).

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks

• Ability to maintain demanding timelines.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities and perform multiple tasks.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School degree with 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
