Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Supporting Senior Colleagues based in Switzerland with various admin tasks, such as:

  • Meeting scheduling (with client and internally)
  • Tracking progress on initiatives / engagement plans
  • Collecting information (e.g., progress on opportunities, client invitation list for events)
  • Organizing client events (e.g., innovation day, lunch & learn)
  • Aligning calendars of C-level people at client with our leadership team
  • Coordinating attendance for account team calls
  • Managing travel arrangements (esp., flight and hotel booking)
  • Assisting in creating, printing and binding client presentations
  • Updating client org charts, stakeholder engagement plans, and team member lists)
  • Handling expenses

Your Profile

  • Commercial school or equivalent diploma
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge 
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
  • SFDC knowledge is a plus

  • Ability to work independently, confidentially, with a proactive approach
  • Team player, motivated, committed and a reliable personality with hands-on attitude
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
