  • Managing the creation of several new teams of Accounts receivable Accountants and/or Cash Allocation Analysts, coordinating & managing directly team leads of these newly created teams
  • Proactive management of the projects of centralization of Accounts Receivable functions in Finance Services Center, harmonization and automation of related processes
  • Coordinating training & development of team leads and their team members
  • Tracking and managing department performance through relevant KPIs, ensuring timely processing of relevant financial transactions, and assuring accountability of all the staff for transactions quality and accuracy
  • Support and manage continuous enhancement of AR processes in departmental scope: Billing & Revenue recognition (incl. order & compliance management through billing requests reviews), Cash Allocation (incl. clarification and resolution of unapplied payments) incl. related AR Posting (FX variances, deductions, bank fees, write-offs, refunds, intercompany transfers, etc.)
  • Manage smooth processing of all AR month-end-closing activities (incl. reconciliations in Blackline)    
  • Coordination of all support needed during internal and external audits, and being the key contact point for auditors
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies, internal control frameworks, and relevant SOX controls
  • Support respective director in all projects, transitions, strategic and operational tasks
  • Ensure the staff has a consistent understanding and positive impression of business strategy for their respective business unit/division/country  
  • Participate in the implementation of strategic initiatives and plans
  • Work closely with worldwide Shared Services group to ensure strong global coordination, continuous improvement and standard processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification requirements

  • University education (min. Bachelor's degree)
  • Relevant business and/or finance and/or accounting qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable process
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
  • Experienced in shared service environment and multi/national environment
  • Experience working on Oracle, SAP and/or Peoplesoft is advantage

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with multi-level structure of direct and indirect reports

  • Very strong customer focused approach leading to the effort to exceed customer expectations

Other requirements

  • Potential readiness for partial evening shifts (up to 15%)

Minimum salary: 2600 EUR gross / monthly, based on required experience and knowledge of candidate
