Inside Sales Account Manager

Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA


This Global Market Insights Solutions Inside Sales position reports to the Director, GMI Solution Sales and will be responsible for planning and execution of sales strategy, working in concert with other members of the GMI sales and service team.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Selling MIDAS and Syndicated Analytics offerings to the non-pharma segment of GMI client base specifically, Financial Community, Consultants, Agencies and non-profit organizations.
  • Segment planning to maximize renewals and expanding revenue for current accounts
  • Inbound as well as outbound business development to identify new clients
  • Overall account management for assigned accounts/segments

Specific Requirements:

  • Candidates should have experience in selling information/analytics solutions in a Business to Business environment, preferably healthcare related.
  • A track-record of successfully closing solutions-based information offerings and services is essential.
  • The preferred candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiations skills, and be immediately able to ramp up on the learning curve on how our solutions are positioned, priced and contracted.  
  • The ideal candidate will have 2- 5 years of relevant experience.  
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Ideal Background:

Experience within the information/data industry with a healthcare focus would be highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a sales quota.
