Client Service Representative

  • Operate and develop weekly and monthly data delivery processes
  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, enhancements, user acceptance test, deployment and post production support of DWH/ETL/Business Intelligence solutions
  • Help Client Service Representatives and Key Account Managers in all Business Intelligence related technical questions - work as a liaison between client facing and technical functions
  • Be current with Business Intelligence platforms and their technology evolution

Profile Requirements

  • Knowledge of BI System concepts
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or PL/SQL languages, data warehouse and ETL concepts
  • Knowledge of at least on Business Intelligence system (MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS is a plus)
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics
  • High energy & self motivated
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment
  • English both in written and in oral
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Teamworking skills, Diplomacy
  • Work experience: min. 2 years in DWH and Business Intelligence/Reporting development
