RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责

  • Act as primary contact for clinical investigator sites with regards to lab services. 作为临床研究者网站的实验室服务的主要联系人
  • Taking incoming calls from Investigator Sites and retrieve voicemail messages concerning lab kits supply orders, lab test or document requests, call backs etc. in a prompt manner. 接收来自调查员站点的来电并检索有关实验室工具包的语音邮件消息,以及时的方式提供订单,实验室测试或文档请求,回拨等。
  • Facilitate and coordinate the communication between investigator site and Q Squared Solutions Project Management. 促进和协调调查员站点与Q Squared Solutions项目管理之间的沟通。 
  • Attending emails from Investigator Sites and Project Management on timely manner. 及时处理来自调查员站点和项目管理的电子邮件。
  • Notify investigator sites of lab result alert values and critical values, and follow up with complete data recording and documentation. 通知研究者站点实验室结果警报值和关键值,并跟进完整的数据记录和文档。
  • Contact investigator sites for lab data clarifications. Follow up unresolved issues and escalate to Project Management. 联系调查员网站以获取实验室数据说明。跟进未解决的问题并升级到项目管理。
  • Point of contact for investigator sites for lab data modification requests. 实验室数据修改请求的调查员站点的联系点。
  • Ensure monitor Lab reports has been successfully delivered to investigator sites. 确保Monitor Lab报告已成功发送到调查员站点。
  • Resolve challenging customer issues requests and concerns. 解决具有挑战性的客户问题请求和疑虑。
  • Perform proper filing and recording as required by procedures. 根据程序要求进行适当的归档和记录。
