It’s an exciting time to join our Talent and Learning team at IQVIA, as we are launching a Talent and Learning Roadmap as part of our strong strategic focus on building future-ready leaders who are empowered to drive human health forward.  This role is integral to the success of these plans, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a larger role as they develop.  

Job Summary
Manage all aspects of our leadership development curricula to enable efficient development, scheduling, delivery, monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that all program deliverables are completed in a high quality and timely manner.  Support a regular cadence of reporting and communication and develop associated materials in close partnership with T&L, Human Resources and Business Leadership.  Assist with evolving our processes including content, streamlining, automation, enablement and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
•    Support critical and strategic T&L programs, providing analytics against KPIs, data consolidation and reporting, ensuring high quality and on time delivery.
•    Assist with building content, roadmaps and action plans to support multiple programs within the Talent & Learning portfolio.
•    Through a regular cadence, develop program communication artifacts that support program communication and reporting to stakeholders. 
•    Manage content across all programs to ensure consistency of approach and support continuous improvement 
•    Liaise with external training providers and internal resources to ensure streamlined delivery, develop class/ online schedules according to need and cost efficiency
•    Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our processes, including automation and driving meaningful metrics and analytics, and perform as a global point of contact for associated portfolio
•    Provide ROI information to demonstrate value and impact of the T&L program portfolio.
•    Manage the training admin in partnership with NIIT (registration process, invites, pre-work, standard templates, venues, equipment, catering, materials etc.)

Experience & Education
•    2-3 years of experience of managing training programs within large, matrixed, global organisations (technology or life sciences organizations preferred but not essential)
•    Experience with Workday Talent & Performance module strongly desired
•    Bachelor’s in business, management, HR or organization development preferred

•    Demonstrated ability to clearly identify meaningful business impact and success metrics for talent and learning solutions, and proven track record of analyzing and reporting on outcomes in a practical and scalable manner.
•    Highly consultative approach and a proven track record of effective collaboration and influence at all levels of an organization.
•    Possesses excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder enablement skills.
•    Strong program management and implementation skills with keen attention to detail
•    Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility through changing priorities and demanding timelines.
•    Ability to work proactively and autonomously, with little direction, and willingness to assist with a variety of programs.  
•    Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel) and Workday applications. 
•    Demonstrated experience of working in a highly matrixed organization; thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
•    Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team and business
