Overview:
A career within IQVIA’s Technology Solutions, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their technology investments with offerings that address full spectrum of life sciences R&D and Commercial functions.   We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration services and technology software solutions that address needs of life sciences manufacturers, payers and providers.  Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including consulting, industry specific solutions and services, IP based offerings and software technology.
Experience:
The IQVIA technology partner should have 15 to 20+ years of experience in Life Science technology consulting and have a strong working knowledge of IT program management practices.   Big 4 consulting experience is preferred. Technology sales experience is a plus. Must of have a history of successful solution selling with personal brand recognition with Life Sciences IT, commercial, and clinical stakeholders. A strong knowledge and background in consulting/solution delivery practices. A history of expanding IT consulting and solution development. 
Role Description:
As a technology client partner, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive technology consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactively leading the technology strategy, drive the development of new business in the market (within client or set of clients) and provide technical advice across disciplines
• Maintaining and growing annual quota of $15M to $25M in client revenue.
• Establishing and maintaining executive relationships, managing day to day communications, identifying and discussing key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities
• Selling and delivery oversight of complex life sciences IT solutions including but not limited to:
o CRM & Digital Systems
o Quality Systems
o Compliance Systems
o Information Management
o IT Outsourcing and Managed Services
o Syndicated Data
o R&D tech
• Working with technology centers of excellence (practices) to shape and deliver complex projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment of quality criteria.
• Acting as the “executive/partner in charge” for all technology deployments.  Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
• Acting as the “quality partner” conduct independent project reviews of projects being performed at the client.   
• Managing P&L for all technology deployments. Maintaining high margin project and solution margins,
• Building strong networks within IQVIA to identify and capitalize on opportunities, get involved in projects that others are leading across different business units and practices
• Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching
