Services Compliance Lead will work directly with pharma client stakeholders (Meetings and Events leaders, Ethics and Compliance leaders, Business Unit Advisors) and IQVIA services leadership and planners to:
* manage client Deviation Tracker to log, access and resolve meetings with compliance concerns that require one-off processing or approval

*  analyze trends
* raise trending and concerns to IQVIA services leadership for opportunities for improved efficiency, quality and  effective communication

Skills Required include:

  • Prior experience with event planning/management required; prior client service experience a plus
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Good oral and written communication skills as well as focused listener
  • Excellent relationship management skills among all levels
  • Quick learner/self-starter who steadfastly pushes for results
  • Excellent time management skills; Ability to multi-task, work under tight timelines and work without close supervision.
  • Maintains professionalism, ethical core values and composure in all situations
  • Demonstrates conflict management skills with ability to read situations quickly and obtain cooperation
  • Exhibits strong problem solving, decision making and improvement skills
  • Strong computer and software reporting program skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills including prior experience with pivot tables & v-look ups, ability to analyze trends and deduct conclusions from data
