Partners with SVP, FP&A to drive overall company financial performance.  Provides subject matter expertise and direction on financial analysis, systems and processes. Delivers frequent, clear, and standardized reporting to be used with CEO and CFO to ensure alignment and understanding of financial results and forecasts.

  • Drive overall company financial performance to ensure the company delivers external expectations for revenue, EBITDA, EPS, and FCF.
  • Partner with Controllership and IR teams on external reporting and disclosures needed for earnings release and investor events.
  • Lead FCF and cash deployment analysis for the company.  Ownership for total company FCF forecast model, along with reporting of FCF and key balance sheet metrics.  Understand impacts from cash deployed for share repurchase, acquisitions, and capex.
  • Aligned with Treasury organization on cash deployment and FCF results and forecasts, along with the impacts on debt levels, leverage ratios, and interest costs.
  • Prepare presentation materials for board of directors’ meetings and mid-quarter updates.
  • Build out of global FP&A CoE
  • Develop specific business metrics that support timely and actionable information flow for short-term operational and long-term strategic planning purposes.
  • Lead process improvement projects to reduce process cycle times and improve financial forecast accuracy and quality
  • Review and analyze new business initiatives and investments to ensure strong financial returns and impacts on the business
  • Develop strong relationships and communication with Corporate, Business, and finance leadership to better understand market dynamics and impacts that may impact financial results.
  • Directs, develops and guides local and regional FP&A staff, assisting them in becoming better strategic advisors and business partners.


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent preferred - in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management or, CPA or other professional financial certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Minimum of nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.

  • Strong financial analysis capabilities: ability to interpret financial reports and data to understand business performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities. 
  • Demonstrated experience in project management; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills: comfortable interacting and communicating with executive and senior management levels 
  • Solid interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to develop strong, cross-functional relationships with business partners, direct reports and peers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills: ability to align team to goals and deliver results
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities: professionally handles the pressure of meeting multiple, high-priority deadlines
