The responsibilities of this role are:

 - Manage a global technical data migration team consisting of project team leads, software developers, and business analysts
 - Ensure SOPs are followed regarding software development
 - Develop and refine methodologies, including the new methodology for moving our customers into the IQVIA Vigilance Platform (IVP)
 - Provide subject matter expertise to our external clients as well as internal stakeholders with respect to data migration
 - Work with the IVP development team to define automated data migration tools
 - Define data migration tools, templates, and standards that significantly improve the quality of data migrations into Argus Safety
 - Author proposals, project estimates, and statements of work for approximately $10M in annual revenue

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

 -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years related project/program management experience.

 -Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.

 -Pharmacovigilance\Drug Safety experience preferred

 -Excellent client relationship experience required.

 -Strong presentation skills required.

 -Experience with the MS Office Suite.
