Drive, track and manage execution of assigned programs within the Talent & Learning (T&L) portfolio, ensuring that all program deliverables are completed in a high quality and timely manner.  Provide expertise, consultation, and support for talent management and other initiatives that impact organizational performance and the supply of future-ready leaders for IQVIA.  Assist with evolving our processes including streamlining, automation, enablement and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and support critical and strategic T&L programs, KPIs, analytics, data consolidation and reporting, ensuring high quality and on time delivery.
  • Assist with building strategies, roadmaps and action plans to support multiple programs within the Talent Management portfolio including performance management, succession planning, assessments and HiPo development.
  • Drive global stakeholder enablement to scale programs through communications, roundtables, best practice sharing, tools, templates, etc.
  • Through a regular cadence, develop program communication artifacts that support program communication and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Drive enhancement recommendations and prioritization in collaboration stakeholders to put decisions into a broader business context.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our processes, including automation and driving meaningful metrics and analytics.

Experience & Education

  • 6 years of experience executing and measuring talent management strategies and programs within large, matrixed, global technology or life sciences organizations.
  • Experience with Workday Talent & Performance module strongly desired
  • Bachelor’s in business, management, HR or organization development required.  Master’s degree preferred.

  • Results oriented, data driven, curious and passionate about talent and improving business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of current research and best practices related to performance management, succession management, assessments and HiPo development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze trends, best practices, and data to influence talent strategy and roadmap.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly identify meaningful business impact and success metrics for talent solutions, and proven track record of analyzing and reporting on outcomes in a practical and scalable manner.
  • Highly consultative approach and a proven track record of effective collaboration and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Possesses excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder enablement skills.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility through changing priorities and demanding timelines.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously, with little direction, and willingness to assist with a variety of projects.  
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office and Workday applications.
