Summary of Essential Job Functions
 Independently lead the development of small to medium size system components
 Contribute to the design and development of new features and applications.
 Unit testing and functional testing of new functionality.
 Support customers and professional services as required to address any questions or resolve any issues related to the DrugDev Data Solutions platform.
 Review of functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned
 Other duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate will have

 BS in a related field (CS, Math) or comparable field 
 5+ years prior related experience in developing web applications

Skill Requirements

 Good understanding of Python 2 or 3.

 Good understanding of SQLAlchemy, data modelling, Alembic, Postgres.

 Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

 Good understanding of Git.

 Be able to prioritise and focus on given priorities.

 Experience of working with Flask (or similar web framework) 

 Previous experience with scrum and Jira.
