Reporting to: Engagement Manager, Service Operations

Hours: 35/week

Purpose of the Job

This role forms a part of the Service Operations function in Europe, aiming to deliver innovative technology-based applications & services to our customers. This team focuses on ongoing service and delivery for implemented client engagements within the pharmaceutical industry for IQVIA products related to performance reporting & analytics, data management and dashboard solutions.

The position carries the responsibility of managing client projects working in close collaboration with related Service Delivery teams, stakeholders (IQVIA Business Units and Clients) as well as other IQVIA functions like Production, Development and Data operations.

The desired candidate should have strong service management and business analysis skills, combined with experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions utilizing pharmaceutical market data. It involves regular direct engagement with IQVIA customers and occasional travel within Europe.

Profile Requirements

  • Graduate with practical experience working in service management or business analyst roles
  • Excellent service management skills (ability to manage multiple client engagements, stakeholders, juggle priorities and deliver to the SLA’s)
  • Prior hands-on experience related to Business Intelligence projects or requirements definition for Information Management
  • Review and analysis of client requirements or challenges; support the development and costing of associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction
  • Ability to empathize with client issues and challenges. Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • Experience to support complex enterprise architecture solutions
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals and is effective working in a matrix environment. Able to work and think independently
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in at least English language

    The following experience/skills would be of advantage:

  • Experienced with the ITIL framework
  • Experience in working in decentralized team structures including offshore
  • Worked with pharmaceutical market data and associated BI solutions
  • Experience in a technology based service delivery or consulting environment
