Principal Accountabilities:
This position’s primary accountability is to balance delighting the customer with a seamless integration of multiple internal workstreams and reporting structures indicative of a large organization. This position is focused solely on managing the new hire onboarding process for Headquarter and Field Users.

Role & Responsibility:
• Comply with IQVIA and client company standards and procedures
• Responsible for managing Scope, Timelines and customer satisfaction of approved processes
• Develop professional, productive relationships with peers and subordinates that allows for the development of synergy, transparency and partnership within and between all departments delivering service
• Be accountable for risk management strategies
• Manage change control and scope changes for projects
• Pro-actively anticipate  and solve project issues effectively
• Oversee applicable project work streams and manage conflicts across those work streams
• Travel required: 5-7 days a month or more as required
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve stretch goals quickly, while possessing strong people skills
• 4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree; equivalent experience will be considered
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
• Self-starter with drive to develop good collaboration skills
• Good organization, presentation and customer service skills
Organization Reporting and Scope:
• Reports to: Director of Service Delivery (IQVIA)
