Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Sell Clinical Technology products and services in the region.
  • Development of new and existing accounts within the region.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline of opportunities within CRM and communicate effectively with operational counterparts to ensure optimal conversion and delivery.
  • Maintenance of regional sales and account plans as appropriate. 
  • Collaborate with the broader IQVIA business development community effectively leveraging relationships within the market and adding value to our overall value proposition.
  • Support the provision of content to promotional marketing groups.
  • Maintain and report as required on dynamics within the clinical trial market place.


  • Knowledge of the clinical development market and clinical operations
  • Understanding of the application of technology to operational processes and outsourcing strategies
  • Sales experience within clinical development
  • Excellent interpersonal and questioning skills
  • Motivated, self-starting with strong prioritization skills
  • Target driven
  • Ability to analyze accounts, devise strategy and develop opportunities
  • Negotiation and Commercial acumen to ensure appropriate commercial proposals and profitability are ensured
  • Collaborative Team Player –  making positive impact to complex accounts and management communities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Over 5 years’ experience in clinical services or technology sales within clinical development or life sciences environment
  • Tertiary Qualification in business or life sciences or equivalent
  • Demonstrative account planning and development success
  • Sustained sales and revenue target attainment
  • Experience working within complex stakeholder environments

  • Competent CRM user
  • MS Office
  • Presentation Skills
  • Multilingual, including English
