Procuramos um(a) jovem aprendiz com perfil dinâmico, organizado e colaborativo, que goste de se relacionar com diferentes áreas e tenha interesse em aprender sobre processos administrativos, comerciais e ferramentas corporativas, contribuindo para projetos estratégicos e para a rotina da equipe.

Principais atividades:

Apoiar a área comercial e administrativa em demandas operacionais e de suporte;
Dar suporte aos processos de vendas e gestão de contratos;
Realizar lançamentos e acompanhamento de informações em sistemas internos;
Auxiliar no controle e utilização de ferramentas corporativas, como Concur;
Apoiar atividades relacionadas à emissão de passagens aéreas, treinamentos e demais rotinas administrativas;
Prestar suporte a diferentes gestores e áreas, desenvolvendo visão ampla do negócio.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo ou cursando;
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Perfil proativo, organizado e com vontade de aprender;
Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e atender múltiplas demandas;
Conhecimento básico do pacote Office.

Diferenciais:

Conhecimento em Excel;
Interesse em desenvolver habilidades administrativas e de suporte comercial.
