Jouw rol

Als Consultant Healthcare Infrastructure & Transformation begeleid je ziekenhuizen bij complexe trajecten zoals nieuwbouw, renovaties en verhuisprojecten. Je stuurt projecten van visie tot ingebruikname en fungeert als onafhankelijke regisseur tussen stakeholders.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Visie & masterplanning: vertalen van zorgnoden naar infrastructuuroplossingen en begeleiden van besluitvorming
Projectmanagement: structureren van projecten, adviseren over planning, budget en risico’s
Realisatie & inhuizing: begeleiden van aankoop, opvolgen van uitvoering en coördineren van verhuistrajecten
Stakeholdermanagement: afstemmen met interne en externe partijen en bewaken van kwaliteit en timing
Brede inzet: bijdragen aan andere strategische en operationele projecten

Profiel

Master (ingenieur, architectuur, facility, projectmanagement of vergelijkbaar)
Ervaring met complexe infrastructuur- of bouwprojecten (zorgervaring is een plus)
Sterk analytisch, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht
Uitstekende communicatie- en stakeholdervaardigheden
Flexibel en stressbestendig
Goede kennis van MS Office
Tweetalig NL/FR en bereid te reizen binnen België
