Principais Responsabilidades:

Participar da análise e do entendimento do escopo dos projetos demandados pelo PMO.
Atuar no desenvolvimento, customização e replicação das soluções existentes da IQVIA.
Apoiar o gerenciamento da fila de Suporte Nível II, atuando na resolução de issues e em demandas ad hoc.

Conhecimentos Técnicos Necessários (Básico a Intermediário):

Programação e lógica de programação.
SQL Server (DDL e DML).
SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), incluindo desenvolvimento de cubos OLAP e modelos Tabular.

Competências Comportamentais:

Interesse contínuo em aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
Comprometimento, responsabilidade e organização na execução das atividades.
Proatividade e senso de urgência na condução das demandas.
Atenção à qualidade das entregas e aos detalhes.
Capacidade de atuar sob pressão, analisando problemas de forma estruturada e propondo soluções eficazes.
