ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals.

• Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc.

• Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles.

• Act as an “ambassador” for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries

• Monitor key metrics for quality, speed, and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.

• Initiates calls to physicians and other healthcare professionals using a prepared selling strategy.

• Promotes physician’s participation in syndicated, on-going panels based on established standards for recruiting, reporting and sample design for all assigned panel segments.

• Initiates follow-up calls with panels to achieve maximum rate of return.

• Administers electronic data capture strategies to assigned panel.

• Educates and motivates data supplier to comply with study guidelines.

• Investigates, resolves, and processes panel incentives to facilitate timely receipt of compensation.

• May work cross-functionally with coding team to resolve data quality issues.

• Provides recruiting/interviewing support in completion of special projects/studies.

• May manage and maintain all supplier-related information.                          

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any course

• Typically requires 1-5 years of experience in inbound or outbound voice account/s

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Primary Market Research Req

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Written and oral English communication skills

• Ability to plan and organize work and resources.

• Advanced MS Office computer skills

• Work with multicultural teams.

• Knowledge in IQVIA hospital and pharmaceutical data

• Ability to analyze data on IQVIA reports and identify issues
