Sr Process Improvement Analyst

Role Summary:

As a key Analyst you will assist in quality management, process development, documentation of processes and the development of a sound quality management system.   You will participate in RFP and RFI responses, represent the group at client meetings and gain valuable insights collaborating with a global team.

You will:

  • Defines and implement quality policies and checks they are applied
  • Suggest, describe, implement and drive any subject related to the Quality management system
  • According to the needs, suggest improvement actions and ensure progress-monitoring
  • Ensure organizational processes are optimized, formalized and communicated as well as accessible to all collaborators
  • Work with product managers, legal, application engineering, security, and other internal organizations to develop or enhance a standard set of policies that will ensure compliance with internal and external standards (such as ISO 9001, SOC 2 and HIPAA/EFPIA).
  • Work with those groups to ensure the definition of processes to comply with those policies.
  • Work closely with engineering, technical operations, information security, and other groups to assure controls are implemented successfully, monitored, and tested regularly.
  • Investigate potential areas of risk or non-compliance and suggest solutions.
  • Methodically document and work with various teams to prioritize risks and address them.
  • Assist in various audits, risk assessments, and compliance efforts, including HIPAA, EFPIA and SOC 2.
  • Work with internal training teams to create, implement and manage global training to make the whole members of Technology Solutions aware of quality, security and issues related to data protection, regulatory, compliance.
  • Manage relationships for customers and compliance audits and certifications and eliminate compliance findings and gaps."  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in a quality focused role
  • Life Sciences experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels of large corporate organizations
  • Proven client facing skills
  • Deep / Wide understanding of internal and external standards (such as ISO 9001, SOC 2 and HIPAA/EFPIA).
  • Proficiency with MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint
