RESPONSIBILITIES

Support FP&A team on month-end close process and ad-hoc projects

Support requests for analysis from the Company’s senior leadership team

Drive process improvement and harmonization around global FP&A reporting and analytics

Prepare load templates for forecasts and budgets.

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong analytical and numeracy skills.

Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.

Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in finance; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
