As a Senior HR Business Partner

You will facilitate alignment between HR strategy and organizational/functional strategy while closely partnering with Global Business Unit / Regional Business Unit and Business Leaders.  Drive HR projects, and programs to support regional/country strategy.

Implement organizational design; leadership development; talent review; succession planning; workforce planning; talent supply projection; cultural stewardship; work on the organization's values, culture, and philosophy; and consults on business development and business operations initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Business Leaders on all aspects related to people management, which includes but not limited to, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, etc.
  • Coach Managers on performance review, people review, talent identification, bench strength development and succession planning and development of individual development plans
  • Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counselling
  • Apply principles, laws and expertise associated with talent strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, training, career management, succession planning and retention
  • Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR Centres of Excellence
  • Provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation
  • Provide regular HR reports and analysis

Experience:

  • Typically requires 7+ years of prior relevant experience in HR business partnering with business leaders
  • Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines and strategies such as in talent management, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations
  • Interpersonally savvy, numerate, analytical and process driven with good knowledge of human resources practices
  • Agile, adaptive and able to drive and deliver business-relevant HR activities, plans and solutions
  • Possesses track record in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels
  • Confident with influencing and building relationships across cultures and levels
