About the role

We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to support our Real World Solutions Global Business Unit (RWS) 

Within this role you will provide expertise, support and advice to your global clients, working across different countries around the world. You’ll partner with the leadership team, establishing strategic goals and priorities to drive and support their business strategy. In addition, you’ll mentor and coach junior HR professionals, helping them to drive performance and deliver results for the business. Within this role you will: 

•       Develop and deliver overall HR strategy for assigned business groups within RWAS.

•       Provide data driven recommendations to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business needs.

•       Lead implementation of key HR projects and process improvement activities for global and local initiatives. 

•       Lead projects and process improvement activities related to employment legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance.

•       Execute on standard HR processes for assigned clients groups, including performance management and compensation cycles.

•       Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Professional Services Center,).

•       Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management to senior management.

•       Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.

•       Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to management teams as necessary.

•       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients 

•       Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent and extensive experience as a generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience including proven direct line management experience and experience operating with senior/executive management teams; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
