Job Description

IQVIA™ is the leading human data science company focused on helping healthcare clients find unparalleled insights and better solutions for patients. Formed through the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, IQVIA offers a broad range of solutions that harness the power of healthcare data, domain expertise, transformative technology, and advanced analytics to drive healthcare forward.

Exciting opportunity for a highly talented Editor to join a growing team and make their mark working across a wide range of global communication activities. We are seeking an experienced Editor to become a key member of our Medical and Patient Communication (MPC) team, which sits within IQVIA™ The Human Data Science Company™.

We are looking for a team player with exceptional editing (medical, copy, production) and proofreading skills, in both print and digital areas, ideally developed in a medical communications agency environment. You will have responsibility for the editing and production stages of all assigned projects (including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide decks, e-learning modules, meeting materials, websites, promotional materials and patient support programmes), ensuring that optimum communication is achieved through effective and accurate use of language and design. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and excellent understanding of good design and layout. Our editors work on projects being delivered in the UK, Europe and the US; a sound knowledge of country-specific rules and regulations (ABPI, FDA, etc) is therefore an advantage. It is also important for our editors to prioritize their work effectively, manage multiple projects efficiently, and communicate clearly with all key stakeholders.

If you are looking for new challenges and the opportunity to be an important contributor to next exciting stage of our MPC team’s development, please apply immediately, or contact us today for an informal chat.

IQVIA offers a competitive salary and great benefits, including a profit-related annual bonus, private health insurance and a generous company pension scheme.
For more information about the role please contact 0118 450 1894.
