We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant RWE & Outcome research  to join our Real World Evidence team based in Milan.

Position Description

The candidate will join our Real World Evidence team and will be involved in development and delivery of Outcomes Research studies and analyses to help pharmaceutical companies communicate the value of their innovations, to multiple stakeholders, by quantifying the economic and clinical outcomes of medical technology.

 Responsibilities

  •  Statistical modeling
  • Performing analysis on IMS proprietary Real World Patient Data
  • Writing protocols, reports and scientific papers
  • Developing and delivering presentations to clients
  • Conducting literature review to source the required inputs for Outcomes Research studies
  • Developing Health Economics analyses (e.g. budget impact analyses, cost effectiveness analyses)
  • Working independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members

Requirements

  • MSc degree in Statistics or Biostatistics with strong record of academic achievement
  • At least 6 year work experience gained with a consulting firm specialized in the outcome research field
  • Complete Understanding of the HEOR methods, drug development process, and Italian health care system
  • Line Management experience
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
  • Health Economics skills will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical software (SAS, Stata, R etc.)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
  • Ability to work on a team
