Key Responsibilities


In close liaison with the Associate Director, TA, manage the execution of recruitment and sourcing strategies for Clinical Trials solution organization.   You will be accountable to build out our technology teams.  Hiring to include SW Architects, C#, Ruby On Rails, SW & QA engineers along with the people that manage those teams.


You will recruit and manage the end-to-end candidate management, including proactive sourcing through social channels & job boards, managing candidate responses from our careers page through Workday ATS, networking for employee referrals, and communicating and closing offers.


You will be qualified to effectively manage and leverage relationships with HR, Finance, Onboarding, and other internal groups as advised.

Compile and distribute key hiring & market data (including adhoc requests) to help educate business leaders, drive sourcing strategy, enable faster hiring decisions and provide overall status updates.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment of experienced candidates, gained from working within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated technology recruiting skills.
  • Healthcare or Life Sciences recruiting experience.
  • Ability to source passive candidates, create effective recruiting strategies and manage client relationships as needed.
  • Ability to attract all levels of talent and negotiate complex compensation packages.
  • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to multi-task and self-manage.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally & across the business.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills.
  • Competent user of applicant tracking systems; Workday a plus.
  • Expertise using Linked In.
