PURPOSE

Provide financial support and direction to Q2 Solutions Project Managers and Client Operations Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review of Q2 Solutions Budget Monitoring Tool to identify at-risk studies in customer portfolio and contact assigned PMs to discuss next steps.
  • Review budget details with PM; outlining action that should be taken to avoid revenue and/or billing issues and highlight budget adjustments to be incorporated in revision requests.
  • Assist PM with budget revision process; reviewing the RRF with the PM prior to submitting to Contracts
  • Provide support to PMs on customer’s budget related questions and attend customer calls/F2F meetings if necessary.
  • Provide the PM team with financial training and direction to improve their understanding of the project financial position allowing the PM to more effectively communicate with the customer.
  • Coordinate with other members of the Global finance team on any PeopleSoft specific actions required to address any issue uncovered in the review of project financials.
  • Work closely with Client Operations manager to ensure the financial health of client portfolio and support 3rd line escalations.


MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


 Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in accounting; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
