Vivacity Health is currently looking for an experienced Project/Account Director to be part of our close-knit team in our new St Leonard office. Vivacity Health is an independent, full-service health and medical communications agency, where we combine science, creativity and decades of experience to bring fresh thinking to our work. The Role:

You will be welcomed into a close-knit team, where you will be able to put your own personal stamp on projects through:

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our longstanding clients; adding value to their projects and contributing to innovative ideas
  • Directing your clients’ projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring the highest levels of quality and flawless execution
  • Ensuring profitability of your projects, including preparing accurate cost estimates and monitoring project finances
  • Maintaining an awareness of current trends in healthcare communications, medical education and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Contributing to company growth through organic business development.

About you:

As an experienced Project/Account Director you take pride in your work, with great attention to detail, strong verbal and written communications and proven time management skills. Other required key skills will include:

  • Ideally 5+ years’ Project/Account Director experience within an agency or similar
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals experience is preferred  
  • A passion for healthcare communications, for dreaming up creative solutions and then making them a reality
  • Being a team player, always willing to share knowledge, help a team mate, and go that extra mile
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
