Position Overview:

The Principal, Client Enablement, will be responsible for the overall management of the newly formed Implementation Team, a team of client-facing Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, responsible for client satisfaction, contract management, and revenue reporting. The Principal will report to the Senior Principal, Client Enablement, and work closely with leaders of the Omnichannel Marketing Offering teams to ensure the Implementation Team is consistently and effectively delivering technology and service offerings for our clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of high-performing, client-facing Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, ensuring quality deliverables are sent, and deadlines and customer needs are met.
  • Contribute to the design and ongoing enhancements of the Customer Engagement Model and staffing plan, for use internally as well as for client-facing proposals, across all Omnichannel Marketing offerings.
  • Maintain and reinforce the vision of the Implementation Team, identifying service expansion, enhancement, and scaling opportunities; ensuring the team’s vision aligns with Omnichannel Marketing and company’s vision.
  • Contribute to the design and maintain new control reporting and protocols to be used by Client Enablement team members for accurate forecasting and revenue recognition.
  • Partner with Senior Principal on monthly updates to account health dashboard for Leadership team viewing.
  • Design and maintain a library of best-in-class templates to be used by Implementation team for implementation and execution of all Omnichannel Marketing offerings. Responsible for enforcement of process and template usage.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related experience including consulting and pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience. 
  • 5+ years of managing and coaching a team.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner. Ability to interface effectively with clients and support resources.
  • Capable of handling difficult client situations in a tactful and professional manner.
  • Strong analytical thought and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
