We are looking for a Panel Administrator Specialist to join our hardworking, communicative, friendly and brilliant team in Prague! We work as a team and help each other when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of panel management area - Channel Dynamics, Patient Studies, Medical Index
  • Ownership of CAWI PMR data collection studies
  • Ownership of Relation Management with doctors
  • Ensuring deadlines and doctor's participation rates are met
  • Supporting implementation of new initiatives of the company
  • Tight cooperation with both local business (consulting) team and with PMR data collection team (call center, interviewers, production)
  • Management of 2 people

What we are looking for:

  • A colleague responsible for the panel of doctors and pharmaceutical market research projects
  • Ownership of the overall data collection process from the web questionnaire, cleaning data collected to analysis, relationships with doctors and their engagement
  • Responsibility for agreed deadlines and quality of collected data, support for change projects
  • Advantage of experience in the field of market research, ideally with team management
  • Languages: Czech, Engligh is not a must.
