Our Consumer Health consulting and services business is growing strongly, and to support this growth we are looking for a Manager to join our expanding London team.

The Consumer Health team has extensive experience helping clients make critical business decisions and we are world class at creating strategies around products and markets which lead to growth and profitability.  We work across the spectrum of IQVIA consulting and services, including Management Consulting, Commercial Effectiveness Services and Primary Intelligence, supporting clients across their commercial and R&D/regulatory activities. 

Our clients include Consumer Health divisions of both large multinational Pharma and FMCG companies, as well as regional and local companies.  Our projects offer a wide diversity of content, spanning the 4 main areas of the Consumer Health spectrum (OTC Medicines, Nutrition, Patient Care, Personal Care). Our scope is global, and we work in close partnership with other global teams within IQVIA Consulting Services and also in close contact with our local teams around the world.  You should expect frequent client interaction as part of the role.  IQVIA is recognized as a Thought Leader in Consumer Health and as a member of the Consumer Health team you would have the opportunity to contribute to this aspect of our work.

Working closely with senior leaders you will be working with project leaders and leading teams in the design, development and delivery of Consumer Health Consulting projects:

  • Planning, organizing and managing resources for successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
  • Performing quantitative/qualitative analysis to support identification of client issues and development of client deliverables and managing project teams performing these activities. Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations. 
  • Developing client relationships on an operational level.
  • Identifying opportunities for follow-on work and new leads.
  • Supporting development of proposals.
  • Supporting the development of intellectual property and new offerings for use on future engagements.
  • Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the Consumer Health market through on the job experience and training. 
  • Supporting the development of Thought Leadership deliverables. 
  • Coaching project team members and supporting them to fulfill their personal objectives.
  • Coaching junior staff as career coach, not only on projects.

Experience 

  • Extensive Consulting experience within Health Care and a particular focus on Consumer Health, with a strong interest in the Consumer Health industry and business.
  • Experience leading small/medium sized regional/global projects, including setting/meeting deadlines and managing clients’ expectations.
  • A track record of successful team work, developing and leading people.
  • Ability to develop credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the industry.
  • An exceptional consulting background with an understanding of deep technical consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.  
  • Extensive experience in developing/delivering presentations, chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, writing reports, contributing to business development via identification of leads and proposal development

About You

  • Strong academic track record including minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a relevant graduate qualification. 
  • Evidence of ongoing career progression.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • A willingness and ability to travel.
