IQVIA OCT Lead Architect
Senior Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead Architect to drive large scale/transformational development of Orchestrated Clinical Trials (OCT) commercial solutions, a suite of integrated cloud-based clinical applications designed to make clinical trials more efficient and to differentiate IQVIA in the marketplace. We are looking for a seasoned architect who is passionate and experienced at building new applications and integrating existing applications.

• Experience guiding implementation of production quality solutions
• Experience with Salesforce, AWS, API Integrations
• Knowledge of information security in the pharma industry
• Focus on consistency, reusability, and technical integration of a substantial product portfolio
• Partner with Product Development & Product Management to lead the design direction
• Responsible for architecting and documenting technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Assist the QA team in defining test scenarios
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development process
• Keep up to date with technology advancements and propose solutions improvements
• Proficient in working with development vendors onshore/offshore & internal and external teams
• Good understanding of product development lifecycles and continuous delivery process
• Knowledge of enterprise wide commercial product system implementation & direct client interaction
• Knowledge of Life Sciences/Health domain & clinical drug development process
• Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work under time and resource constraints
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
