Engagement Manager, Multichannel Analytics

This position is responsible for leading the IQVIA multichannel analytics delivery team for a key client, multi-brand engagement that is focused on measuring and optimizing consumer marketing initiatives

Responsibilities include: 

  • Oversees all analytic deliverables to client with ultimate responsibility for insight generation and pull through, client satisfaction, and thought leadership.
  • Manages analytics team responsible for multichannel analytic deliverables of varying complexity and ensure profitability with on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Develop and manage timelines and deliverables with key client stakeholders
  • Manage resource allocation for the client engagement and forecast ongoing demand to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Leads all analytic outputs to client: presentation format, quality of analysis, recommendations, optimizations, and interactions with agency partners and client stakeholders
  • Proactively mentors, coaches, develops talent, and shares subject matter expertise across the team
  • Establish a culture of curiosity, continuous optimization, and innovation within the team to ensure ongoing insight generation as well as value creation for client engagements.
  • Develops new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work, new leads, and maintaining and strengthening client base.
  • Help support the development of new analytic offerings, new processes, frameworks, methodologies, benchmarks and cultivate new data sources and analytical techniques


  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in statistics, math, economics, engineering, or other quantitative fields
  • 6-8+ years of experience in executing or leading multichannel analytic assignments, including experience within the life science vertical
  • 4+  years developing, building, and managing analytics delivery teams across onshore and offshore
  • 2+ years’ experience in selling analytics projects to clients
  • Hands on experience in delivering MCM Analytics for Consumer initiatives with experience in traditional approaches such as marketing mix modeling as well as new approaches such as machine learning
  • Demonstrated experience and success in leading cross functional teams and projects of significant size and scope. 

Skill Requirements

  • Exhibits a comfort level in customer facing situations when necessary
  • Polished oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of DTC media: digital (video, search, social), addressable TV, programmatic , etc. Experience analyzing TV data a plus
  • Proficiency in cross channel analysis (channel synergies, attribution, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of life science industry data, including IQVIA data assets (Xponent, Plan Trak, APLD) and core offerings a plus   
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools to support storytelling (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) required.
  • Extremely strong in visual storytelling – should be able to translate data points into visual and easily digestible insights for the brand teams
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence stakeholders with experience and data driven recommendations
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, etc. Experience doing pathing analysis to build consumer journey insights.
  • Experience with web tagging tools such as Google Tag Manager
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Self-directed and self-managed with a strong sense of diplomacy and client service focus
