Job Title: Device TechnicianNovasyte Overview:Novasyte partners with medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical manufacturers, offering tech-enabled outsourcing service teams and solutions. Our flexible model enables us to build, deploy and manage teams that expand and contract to meet our clients' customer-facing needs. Areas of expertise include inside sales, contract clinical, field technical, and field action/recall management support services. Program success is tracked and measured with our real-time business intelligence analytics that provide our clients with critical insights into their most important resources - their people and their customers.Position Overview:Device Technicians will be tasked with troubleshooting, repairing, and updating new or currently in use medical devices. Prior experience as a Device Technician within a hospital is preferred. Prior experience as an electronics technician or similar background is requiredCurrent product lines being supported are medical devices and equipment such as pumps, beds, lab equipment, and similar products used in various healthcare settings.This role has the potential to include national and regional travel to support accounts. There is also a potential need to perform software upgrades from home.
