We are Hiring Interns this Summer!

IQVIA™ is The Human Data Science Company™, focused on using data and science to help healthcare clients find better solutions for their patients. We are currently recruiting for Data Management Interns in Malaysia. The successful student applicant will gain working knowledge on Health Data assets and processes. He/She will need to ensure that data is correctly managed and work in collaboration with the Data Processing Hub to produce Healthcare Benchmark Reports.

Assignment Scope & Learning Opportunities:

(Under the guidance of Production Manager)

  • Gain exposure to end-to-end data processing of IQVIA healthcare reports including pharmaceutical national sales audit report
  • Learn and assist in collecting data, check data format, loading into system
  • Learn and assist in answering product queries that sent by NDF team (for product bridging including pharmaceutical, health consumer products)
  • Learn and assist in maintaining customer database (bridging and channel tagging eg. Clinic, Hospital, Pharmacy and government).
  • Learn and assist in cleaning-up of product and customer bridging
  • Support on report generation

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree, analytics or business related majors preferred
  • Demonstrate problem solving and strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail
  • Relevant experience in data coding and processing will be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical / healthcare industry would be an advantage
  • Strong command of English
  • Proficiency in PC applications, Excel and PowerPoint
