We are currently looking for a Client Service to join our Client Service team based in Milan.

Mission

Based in our IQVIA office in Milan, Italy, the successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing of e clients who purchase one or more IQVIA Information offerings. They will be dealing with the day to day needs of the client as well as identifying opportunities for expansion of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and build positive client relationships with defined clients, understanding their requirements in terms of data and services

  • Serve as an expert contact for clients using IQVIA data, software and services

  • Ensure all contracted services are delivered

  • Look for opportunities to expand usage, deep understand of clients’ priorities and needs, supporting KAM in order to turn them into business opportunities;

  • Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA data to ensure that a full and timely response is provided

  • Conduct client training on all aspects of IQVIA data and systems

  • Define and manage production of complex ad-hoc studies and analysis trend reports for clients, and coordinate internal production of regular client deliveries

  • Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues

  • Responsible for tracking service usage in KPI and regularly run Service Review Meetings with clients

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or similiar

  • 3+ years of experience managing quantitative market research or as Client Service, preferably, within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Detailed Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market

  • SFE and/or BI skills and previous experience is nice to have

  • Ability to understand and communicate detailed analysis and reporting on client issues such as complex data queries

  • Advanced user of Microsoft office, including Word/Powerpoint /Excel, to deliver high standard reporting and analytics.

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English: spoken and written

  • Demonstrates consulting, critical thinking  and attention to detail capabilities

  • Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
