Within Tech Sol Business Operations – Multi Country Operations, the Business Operations Analyst missions are: 


• Contributes to the monitoring and administrative management of multi country deals
• Ensures that opportunities are correctly set up in IQVIA CRM (in line with contract, multi-country constraints and IQVIA policy in term of services / products and timeline), and lead the updates
• Regular monitoring of opportunities in coordination with local / regional teams
• Creation of alerts and review / follow up of action plans according to the problems identified
• Ensures that customer billing is consistent with the contract: Collect / Gather all paperwork requested for billing, ensure paperwork are in line with IQVIA policy and process the billing notification to trigger the billing
• Ensures invoices delivered to customers are exhaustive, accurate and on time
• Contributes to revenue recognition and allocation (around 300 opportunities - 47 MUSD yearly)
• Contributes, working with Sales, to the management of the customer relationship (respond to customer complaints on invoices)
• Contributes to ad hoc analysis as needed to improve customer satisfaction and revenue recognition
• Coordinate operational activities with other teams to continually improve procedures and optimize them
• Define, produce, share and comment regular report on Revenue
• Contribute to analyze gap between Budget / forecast and Revenue

• Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Billing Center representatives

Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in any of the following areas: billing, finance controlling, reporting, revenue analysis, pricing, contract management, sales/business operations

• Project Management exposure

• SAP FI knowledge

• Hyperion and Salesforce.com experience is an advantage

• Excel at an advanced level

• Attention to details

• English at an advanced level
